Our physiotherapy service includes Encara Clinic and Encara Care Support. These programs are designed to ensure the highest levels of resident care, to comply with accreditation requirements and to optimise funding outcomes.

Manual handling and staff training
For the well-being of both staff and residents of aged care facilities and hospitals, correct manual handling is vital. We offer comprehensive training sessions in manual-handling techniques, back care and falls prevention, specially-developed to meet the needs of care staff.
Flexible, holistic services
Our therapists all receive Encara customer service training that focuses on building positive relationships and being flexible in meeting the needs of patients and facility managers. We support our therapists in their role and provide accurate documentation and record-keeping. Encara directors also liaise with clients regularly to ensure quality service continues to meet the facility’s specific needs.
Proven service and systems
Encara provides services to most of Queensland’s best known aged care providers in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Our services and back-up systems have proved very effective in meeting the specialised needs of aged care facilities. We are happy to provide referees.
